FILMS ARE ART

We all need to ban together for a positive influence concerning films and the arts in general. Remember one thing, films are made by artists. All to often we think about films as being money making businesses that are not true art, but give me a break. Yeah, they make money - they make LOTS of money, but they are a true art form. The art that is implemented into films takes a huge crew, lots of food and lots of time. Paying all of these people takes money and that is why the industry generates so much money, and in turn, that's why the pay is high and the exclusivity is narrow.  So just take the time to research films and how they are made. I think understanding the craft is something that can help us all to have a greater appreciation of the art.
